ACTIVITY CALENDER

27 February 2011: Application Deadline:
* CV,
* Passport photograph,
* Deadline for sending 10 pieces of portfolio or summaries of paper, seminar, conference or workshop (depending on the type of application) and completing the application form on the computer.
* Visual presentations should be consisted of 40 works the most.
* Visual and/or paper presentation duration is determined as 15 minutes (this duration is not flexible)
* Applicants should send 10 pieces of their work in JPEG format of 18x24 cm, 72 dpi
Applications should be received until 27 February 2011, Sunday until 17:00.
* Prior applications will be evaluated firstly.

13 March 2011: of the applications will be sent to the applicants until 13 March 2011.

ACTIVITY DATE AND LOCATION

Near East University 7. International Photography Days will be held between 28 April – 1 May 2011 in the capital city of Cyprus; Nicosia at the Communications Faculty of Near East University.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Near East University 7th International Photography Days welcomes amateur and/or professional photographers and there is no application fee. Applications will be done via internet. Personal application that will be delivered by hand will not be accepted.

TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMODATION

Transportation costs are paid by the applicants. All accommodation and catering will be provided by our University. Accommodation at the KONUKEVİ (guesthouse) for applicants that will contribute to the Photography Days from abroad will be offered. Also, student groups coming from universities (5 persons the most) will be able to stay at our University’s hall of residence.
